Collection of parking fees and penalty charges

In case of the penalty charge and the price difference of parking fee is not paid on time, the Budapest 1st District Local Government (Budavár) / Budavári Kapu Kft. is entitled to enforce the claim legally. The Budapest 1st District Local Government (Budavár) / Budavári Kapu Kft., as parking operator, at the same time may charge all cost of the claim to the client.

The total costs of enforcement include postal and administrative costs of sending payment orders letters, retrieval fee of vehicle register, attorneys' fees and costs of any legal proceedings, which amounts may reach tens of thousands HUF.
