Local residents may pay a concessionary rate for parking permits issued for the second car per apartments. The concession depends on the environmental categories, as follows:

• Cars with EURO3 engine: up to 30%.
• Cars with EURO4 engine: up to 50%.
• Cars with EURO5 engine: up to 70%.
• Pure LNG/CNG cars: up to 100%.
• Electric cars vehicle: up to 100%.
